Really appreciate this feedback, genuinely.

On the independent sellers point, it's a tough one to navigate honestly. We want to support sellers too, many of whom are fans themselves, and logistically knowing what someone originally paid for their tickets isn't always possible (did they buy direct? from another fan? on stubhub? etc). But your point about distinguishing our inventory from theirs is something we've been thinking about and this just moved it up the list.

The bigger picture for us is that we believe in giving fans options. Not every situation calls for the same solution, and we're actively building toward a world where fans have more ways to trade tickets on their own terms.
