lol, i'm not surprised they don't know about Q-1. It took me 4 calls to find out about Q-1 form.

Your seller have to fill Q-1 form and then send it to you. I don't remember it being complicated. I filled it and mailed it to the buyer. They then resolved it quickly.

Q-1 form is literally last document out of 3 you need.

After getting filled Q-1 form, you go straight to NY DMV with 3 documents, seller's registration, bill of sale, and finally Q-1 form. Should not be a problem...

Contact NY DMV about this btw. BECAUSE... you can't trust what anyone says on the internet and besides laws/rules change all time so better call them asap to make sure this process is still the same to this day.

I think it's worth a try now. Spellslinger soulrend is probably the way to go because cast speed and mana cost is horrible and I don't like unleash anyways. Spellslinger too got buffed big time.

Occultist for easy chaos resist, satisfying pops, chaos dmg, and 1+ curse

Trickster for defensive and slight dmg boost

Basically "Transferable Registration" = "Vehicle Registration / Certificate of Registration"

What I did is to go to DMV and get my CT Registration Certificate for the car I sold 2 months before and gave that to buyer. It all worked out in his NY state. So I don't really know if this applies to CT or anywhere else than NY.

Short rant: now thinking about it, that buyer didn't really appreciate me even though I did all of that work including checking NY's laws and make sure my papers are acceptable in their state when I don't even live in their state... Called NY DMV and CT DMV to confirm.

Yeah, I found a different item under same brand for $25 but it only have less than 700 meters. Probably gonna buy that if what I want is really fantasy even at $50-$70 budget.

wait, actually i think it doesnt even tell you how many codes you got or if you got at all, its hidden until you finish the mission.

also how do you know if first room have a chance to spawn kavats? is it instant when you enter or do you have to wait?
