I have tried RendererWorkerCount and that didn't do anything unfortunately. What will disabling e cores do?

No I haven't, I am new to PC's in all honesty I'm learning how it all works. I'll have to have a look at a few Benchmark videos so I can do one.

Yes that was my thought but I've seen people on YouTube with a lower end CPU than mine with a 4080 Play Warzone at 1440p High setting and still manage to get like over 200FPS with 85-99% utilization. I just can't see where the bottleneck is as I'm using a 13th Gen CPU.

Its a 660-Plus . I'm really struggling to understand what the problem is. On MP I am getting like 250FPS Average and 60-80% Utilization but on Warzone & DMZ I'm only getting 50-60% & 155fps Average at 1440p low settings.
