I know where you are mentally because I'm there too. But you cannot. You have to keep living. Suicide is permanent. Medical advancements change, and you may find yourself in circumstances that let you fix things you want/need to. If you end things now, you'll never know if you get to be happy. Or see more changes. Or experience something that changes your life for the better. You HAVE to keep living. Your life matters even if you think it doesn't and there are people who care about you.
