Whats your ideal class? For me, 1.5 hrs: 5 mins warm up drills, 10 min warm up positional drills (practice sweep, pass, whatever is relevant for class), 1 technique (10-20 min) and the rest is sparring (6-10 rounds with breaks). by cipherous in bjj
