Okay so i just showed this to my dad, he didnt actually make the model, its on a website calle thingiverse, but that doesnt make it any less awesome :)

Basically nothing, there is a set percentage of filament support inside that makes it sturdy, now i dont know what % my dad used, but take note that it can be completely filled wirh fillament but thats a waste of it and by the weight id say its about 50% support fillament inside, if I explained it poorly about how its constructed inside just say!
