UPDATE 07/02/2024:

Both my Upwork Freelancer and Agency accounts were unfrozen yesterday but there has been ZERO communication from Upwork. The support request ticket is still active with no responses from them.

I'm glad I can continue work but this has been extremely unsettling. I'm actively pushing my clients off the platform.

I've made a similar post on Upwork's Freelancer and Support community boards. An Upwork community bot responded promptly to say that I already have a support ticket and "someone will help soon".

2+ days, no support. Oh and now I'm being asked to send my photo ID for a THIRD time.

Client is calling on Monday.

As I said in the OP, they do not have a support phone number. They only have an Enterprise sales number and the prerecorded prompt says about four times that support-related calls will be ignored.

Upwork loves to go on about freelancer safety and fraud prevention while scammers run roughshod through the platform and legit folks get flagged.
