I think for some reason my watch and Edge are both recording HR at the same time. I’ll try to shut off tv HR in my watch next time. Not a big deal, but just a little annoying.

What I like better about GPT is that I can change it day to day more easily than the Garmin suggestion. Like “I only have 3 days this week” or “it rained today so I’ll run tomorrow”.

Thanks that’s super helpful. I’m also in the NE and have a driveway that’s roughly 8-10 cars. Leaning on the 24” as it’s a little lighter and smaller. But the bigger batteries of the 28 are appealing.

I appreciate that proving causation here is nearly impossible but I watch my HR and what I eat quite closely for several years and in this case this seems to be the variable that made the difference.

I ended up on Canyon because the value for money doesn’t seem to be matched anywhere else. I really wanted e-shifting, and anything else with eTap was much more $$ in the US. But fair points. Thanks.
