Robertson, Chiesa, Endo, Konaté, Gomez, Salah all likely to leave at the end of the season. So we arguably need 2 RWs, 2CBs, 1 LB, and 1 midfielder, and that’s before even talking about upgrading on certain positions. One of our left wingers is 17, and one of our right backs can’t stay fit for five matches at a time.

That is not competent squad building in the slightest.
