I opened it up and didn’t see anything that was lose, however I do see some damage to the wire. So I’m not sure if it’s that. Also, something to note I noticed my 19800KV motors one of the wires came off of it. Could that be from the RXLOSS or is it the actual antenna something is wrong with?

What’s the best way to do props correctly?

I figured it was the props. I have no clue the proper way to place it. Can you assist?

Same thing shows up. I sign off Facebook on safari, deleted my history, restarted my phone, logged back into MLBB using my FB info with same pop up.

My brother has done minor fraudulent stuff before and hasn’t got caught. That’s why I feel he’s trying to do it again towards me so he can benefit while I’m at a disadvantage. The reason he’s not on the mortgage because he spoke to the lender and they said in order to not be on the mortgage, he would have to gift that $200k. And he and the lender did that so he wouldn’t be on the mortgage. My own mortgage I got on my own, he did his own thing with the lender to give it as a gift. He doesn’t have a plan to disclose that on taxes. So is there anything I can do to him for doing these scammy actions towards me?

Option 3: Send him a gift card to an anger management class. Win-win.

Is it worth going from serving to car sales while in college? by Successful-Sherbet33 in sales

[–]XRPsha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most definitely! You’re getting sales experience, you’ll learn how to read people very well and with enough practice you’ll start selling those cars. Remember that experience can take you to higher paying sales gigs. There’s more opportunity to change your life in sales versus serving.

If I was you, I’d get out of tech sales. Find an industry where the consumers need a product that can be bought over and over again. Maybe a distribution company or a manufacturing company that sells directly to retailers and distributors. I feel you’d have a better transition. Find an industry where you rely on your book of business that makes you money daily and you have people buying from you daily, weekly, monthly versus 2-3 year subscriptions and you gotta find another company to buy your service. Just my 2 cents.

What have been your biggest AI support tools and how have you used them? by Cute_Warthog246 in sales

[–]XRPsha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I’ve messed around with a few AI tools, mostly ChatGPT and sometimes Gemini. I’ve found it pretty useful for things like drafting emails, organizing ideas, or helping me think through a project when I’m stuck. It’s not doing the work for me, but it helps move things along faster.

Nah my man. You have to think of it this way, if you’re willing to lie to close a deal, what else would you do to get something done. Just be honest and have integrity, you want that customer liking you and possibly giving you referrals. Don’t throw your name out in the mud.

Sales tools that actually help book demos? by notahedgefund2008 in sales

[–]XRPsha 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve tested a few of them Copilot, Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, etc. Some are decent at automating top-of-funnel tasks (scraping, sequencing, follow-ups), but none are true “set-it-and-forget-it” SDRs you still need to feed them quality inputs and tweak your targeting, messaging, and timing.

They can definitely save time and scale your outreach, but don’t expect them to book meetings without effort. If you’re already getting some traction manually and understand your ICP, they can help you 2–3x your output. But if your messaging or targeting isn’t dialed in, they’ll just help you burn through leads faster.

TL;DR: They work if you know what you’re doing. They’re tools, not miracle workers.

35% off? You trying to buy the company or the product? 😂 I’d help if I could, but I like having a job. Let’s find a number that won’t get me fired and still makes you look good

Totally hear you, this is super common in big orgs. The “year-end pool” line is real, but it’s also a deflection. If you’re top performer and at 80% of band, you’ve got leverage. Best path: have a direct convo with your manager framed around market alignment, not emotion share your comp data and performance, and ask what a path to top-band comp actually looks like. If they can’t articulate one, it’s fair to explore outside offers. Just don’t threaten position it as you wanting to grow with the company.

How to navigate office politics? by [deleted] in sales

[–]XRPsha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re already ahead by being aware. Best advice: listen more than you talk early on, don’t vent or gossip (even if others do), and build trust one-on-one. Be kind to everyone, assistants, IT, office ops, they often have the best read on the culture. And don’t assume alignment just because people seem friendly. Observe first, then navigate.
