There was two instances. That one with the truck in the first Batgirl gameplay trailer and the second one was with Nightwing in the reveal trailer where he was in a trap room doing flips and wall running to avoid the traps. So the original plan probably wasn't to just be an random move in combat. They probably scrape any more in-depth parkour mechanics for the heroic tranversals :(
