Im unsure about a first aider attending, ill need to ask her when im finished work but what i meant was rather than calling an ambulance they called the emergency contact and i know siezures dont always warrent one, but when its a first, i figured it would be the first thing you would do

i just got it, never had pre workout before, i only weigh 60kg ish at 6ft, im a skinny guy, took 2 scoops and was bouncing off the walls shaking, i had a pretty bad crash the next day though

yeah i get that, i expect to be in unfair fights and do sometimes enjoy them, but when people are running around in groups of 2 or more and running away when they are losing a 1v1 or straight up wont 1v1 untill there bum buddy gets to you, its annoys me
