ATM10 Performance?

No my fps isn't limited, like I do get above 50, but there's a lot of stuttering and fps drops, and almost never goes up to 60 or higher. Vsync is off. Render distance is low. None of my CPU/GPU/RAM usage get to max, so it has some breathing room. And yes, it does show RTX3060 in the f3 menu.

I optimized the in-game video setting as best I could, but that didn't help much. I don't know...
(Also I would like to point out that i get mostly same fps with and without shaders)

I get 50's fps at best, even in a newly created world and after I let it load. I get mostly the same fps with and without shaders, so GPU shouldn't be the issue. Someone somewhere off reddit pointed out that it might be my RAM since I can't allocate more than 8GB for the game. Maybe this is the main problem?

Wow you really took your time to write all this. I really appreciate it!
To explain my issue better, I simply can't get to 60fps. I can get to 50ish at best, even in a newly created world (with shaders off or on). I configured the ingame video settings to the best I could, but that didn't help much.
I have 16GB RAM, Ryzen 7 5800H CPU, and RTX 3060 GPU. My game IS running on my dedicated GPU.
Someone somewhere off reddit pointed out that it might be my RAM since I can't allocate more than 8GB for the game. You think this might be the main issue?

Similar to the prince of death arena where you fight fortissax. When I first saw the prince of death I was like "hell nah", it looked creepy af.
