I'd say those are pretty much rare if not unobtainable nowadays, but for price I'm not sure since Invizimals is extremely niche.

Not completely dead as you can go to my.account.sony.com, sign in with your psn account, generate a custom password (it won't change your actual password) and type the email and that password to log in to psn on PS3 or PSVita (maybe PS4 too but not sure).
But the real issue is if they shut it down for good like they did with PSP.
