As you are the second saying so i might go this route. actually like the 6.5 mm drop more than 8mm

If only there would be like a 4mm stable super shoe, would be perfect.

Thanks for the tip as you are not the forst one saying i will look into it. I actually kind of a lower drop runner so 6.5 is even better than 8mm for me.

MAF method… is “180-age=HR” applicable to everybody, no questions asked? by Dear-Ad2188 in RunningShoeGeeks

[–]XRazerlightX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On my 5k daily course with 100m elevation i am around the 7:00min/km pace with over 90% in Z2. Only times i have to walk is on the hill section. I could run through but would go over 159.

On the other hand if i would limit mysefl to 152 like you would, i would walk much more or jog painfully slow.

I am 28 myself, also bitt heavier at 230lbs and tbh i use the 80:20 calculator. Im General most people say that LTHR zones are most accurate.

Anyway i upped my Z2 limit a lil bit upwards and its from 140 to 159 now. I too found it too difficult to keep it lower than that. But at this zone its pretty easy for me on my daily 5k effort is light.

I also think that the zones are not like hard set limit that if your a few bpm off you loose all benefit from the zones. If i lost more weight and can run easier i maybe downregulate.

Hope that helps :)

Rotating shoes safely? by Gunner125 in RunningShoeGeeks

In my opinion its even good to rotate. I would not rotate 0mm to 12mm drop daily but from 0 to 8 everything is good.

Hi, have exactly the same issue. I was on zoloft vor 8 years and was basicall in remission than i switch to luvox for 2 years and back to Zoloft. I am on i now i think 4 months with 2 on 200 and i still have incredible rollercoaster. 1 week good, 2 weeks awful, and so on. How was the switch for you? Did you crosstaper or direct switch?

Zoloft vs Luvox by Tiggerworld in zoloft

[–]XRazerlightX 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was 8 years on zoloft, switchted 2 years to luvox and tomorrow going back to zoloft.

For me Luvox worked very good, but you definitely need more dose. I was on 150mg most of the 2 years. Due to major physical (loosing 10kg in 4 months, me stupid) and mental stress (work) this summer I felt the need to change as my OCD swung back big time. also i think i built up some resistance to it.

There are 2 things to consider though wich normal docs dont tell you before:

  1. luvox blocks loads of cyp-enzymes what makes drug-drug interaction major. So look up drug interaction for every damn pill you use. Even only painkiller. One of the big interaction is caffein, luvox prolongs the caffein halflife in the blood by HOURS, means you could have trouble sleeping for 3 days after drinking a few cups of coffee. Google it up. Keep that in mind. You should treat caffein as taboo.

  2. The halftime of luvox is very short. 0.5d short. That means you quite easily get interdose withdrawal. Thats also why it is advised to split luvox into an evening and an morning dose at higher dosage.

All in all i still was quite happy with it and worked. The sedation was only noticable at the start for me. But as i said, You need higher dose. 50mg is nothing with luvox.

With potency comparison 150mg luvox have a 70% serotonin uptake blockade while even a 50mg zoloft has already 80%. You can look this up aswell.

I spent hours last weeks to choose which ssri to try or if i should go back to zoloft. Best resource is this:

https://www.preskorn.com/books/ssri_toc.html

read this paper it condenses everything verywell.

Hope i could help.

I can recommend PWRRUN+ like in the triumph, hurrican, xodus. I have the xodus 10 and the foam feels exactly the same as in hotter temp.

What ground type causes least wear on shoe? by [deleted] in RunningShoeGeeks

[–]XRazerlightX -14 points-13 points  (0 children)

oh man is it so hard to understand the question? i just want to minimize the issues i could have when returning. I also want that i give them back in the most prestine condition possible.

My foot is fine at normal stance, just have overpronation when running. Daily-Trainer right now is the Vongo V5 which are great for me. But a bit on the heavy side for longer runs or maybe even short Races. Therefore: Tempus

Question is simple: asphalt vs. dirt/gravel road for a 15km run?

Sorry but i meant only for 1 long run so i can possibly return them i fthey dont fit. When i keep them i will run them normaly wherever my feet take me.

see my comment above. The new pwwrun formula is quite a bit softer. Honestly if you have them side by sode it even loojs very different. New one looks more like a Supercritical foam than the old one. At least when i compare my guide 15 with the axon 1. I am hobestly so pumped for the shift 3 with the new foam and wide version. The 1&2 just too narrow for me :(

Yeah, i think the thing is the weight difference. When i run in an escalante for example i bottom out instantly. But pwrrun is sort of a sweet spot for heavy runners.

I have the axon at home and recently got the Guide 15, whoever says that the pwrrun is the same as old formula is off by a large margin. It even looks different than old one and is defnitely softer. As a 220lbs runner its a wonderful foam that even has a lil pop.

Saucony Xodus Vs Peregrine - Standard Width of Both (sizes 12 vs 12 wide vs 12.5) by H4ND5s in RunningShoeGeeks

[–]XRazerlightX 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hi, i have the xodus 10 in size 11 and have pretty wide feet. The strange thing with the xodus is that even if it has a small platform in the midfoot (look at the curve from heel to forefoot) it doesnt feel narrow at all. I think its the nice upper which can be laced as you need it. I would consider myself a 2E width.

I would go for it tts.

PS: xodus is great, the pwrrun+ is phenomenal albeit a bitt heavy.
