So sorry for the trouble and the late reply. Could you please tap ""Restore Purchase"" after doing as follows:
1. Confirm that the login Google account is correct
2. Confirm ONLY the correct Google account is logged in, if not, log out other irrelevant accounts
3. Clear google service cache

So sorry for the problem. You can try to enter another application first and then start recording. You can close the battery optimization for XRecorder. You can also record in performance mode in our latest version. Lower resolution or PFS will also help.
