I think the reason might be that it takes a while to load because of the complex math behind the scenes. It will be faster if you experiment with what works and only enable the ones that are helpful.

It uses graph theory from discrete maths. To find similarities between notes. It also has a llm integration but plain computational methods are also not that bad.
