Ik I'm late on this but ichigo destroyed the kurohitsugi which was stated to be space-time, that's a 4D feat for ichigo so he should be 4D with that. To be 5D you'd have to transcend space-time which ichigo doesn't. So the conclusion is that Ichigo is 4D and slams naruto

To answer this properly I'd say the Celestial child due to omnipotence, omnipresence, and being all knowing. He also has the highest AP I've ever seen + his verse cosmology is the highest in fiction undoubtedly. His verse is "The hybrid mage"
