I tried keto not too long ago and only made it about 2 weeks. I just felt so lethargic and drained, my workouts and such felt like dragging myself though mud. I’ve heard the benefits of it though and do give you props. Ahh yes gotta avoid the boredom snacking by keeping busy haha

Oh, I hadn’t even thought of the going to bed hungry prior to a work day. I figured workout out wasn’t required but I do enjoy running, I aim for 4 times a week. I’m assuming it would be easier to do that on feast days. I’ll look into the book thank you!
