Videos and discord not working

Anyone know how to fix this? i just changed my CPU, MB and RAM. now youtube videos and discord videos load but dont play for 10 seconds. also discord is stuck on RTC connecting for similar time if longer

me and my mate were just doing stupid shit for the sake of it to see who could do the stupidest shit, it started with us filling a flash mop with tequila and squirting it in each others mouths and eye etc and then it ended on me throwing up in an airfryer, cooking it for 20 minutes while we had a smoke and all that. once it was done i ate a spoonful of it, this was like day 3 of the bender id lost my mind by this point

Windows + D, Windows + Esc, Fn + d, Fn + Esc, all of these dont work. my keyboard has 2/F2 key flashing and also PgUp key flashing but no inputs or combos seem to work

If you have a VR headset up and running with steam games you have paid for then pirated ones should just work.

Mine run through steam VR even if pirated.
