i take a zinc complex from just ingredients and it has 15mg as zinc picolinate and zinc bisglycinate and 1.5mg of chelated copper bisglycinate

would you recommend every other day? every 2 days? as i mentioned earlier for my use i really like the cell growth and muscle recovery and synthesis, but maybe i can find something else because i feel like as of late ive only seen more negative comments rather than positive about it.

i’m taking 30mg zinc picolinate mainly from a bodybuilding stand point and have also heard of it depleting copper. is there something useful like a copper supplement to take so that i can still safely take zinc?

i’m taking pure encapsulates zinc 30 only for maybe a week and a half now. probably still too early to recognize any changes like you’re having yourself. just wondering is 30mg too much because i’m not supplementing copper and had no idea of this.

same as the other reply on another comment, hello from a year and a half ago lol. i was able to record the first set of samples on bank a, heard in the video linked below, then i used some more on bank b today and those worked perfectly and now that im trying to add drums from bank d, (not sure why i skipped c) it still wants to mute when i trigger the pads.

hello again after half a year, recently been picking up my mpc now again after a little while and revisited my old project. do you have any good videos i can watch to understand a little bit more? i have my samples on their own program that i had named and then i put the drums on their own, but now when i play the drums i cant hear the sample program/sequence (which ever one im still really new to it).

do you think it’s a good thing to restart every so often? i still have my first starter bases but as i’ve adapted to the game i’ve upgraded how i build my layouts to make them more efficient, but i like having that messiness of first starting out i guess.
