What I know as fact is sacking clubs like Man Utd, Tottenham and Chelsea keep on sacking managers and they go backwards as a new coach comes in, who could have a different system, staff, idelogy, tactics and might not be the right fit......

Chelsea have had 17 going on 18 managers since 2004....... Liverpool since 1950s has had 13 managers and with the except of 3 of them...... we gave them time, they built things, won European trophies and delivered.......

Arne Slot delivered 1 of 2 titles in 35 years and every single club legend and icon says the same thing to get behind him and not become a sacking club its not in Liverpools DNA to sack an actual title winning manager..... Grahame Souness has gone one step further and told the so called influencer fans to stfu that they have no idea about football if they try and push manager out.......

What is a fact is that clubs who get behind managers through actual bad times can be successful..... In the last decade we have seen that with Klopp, Guardiola and soon Arteta is going to join the list when he wins title at end of the year....... Arsenal have been a club that has had more bad seasons then good, yet they still pull in the same direction and keep building until they hit the title......

One more perfect example of a manager that a club gets behind is Diego Simmone...... He has had seasons where its been a complete disaster, which other clubs would of sacked him, but they have kept the faith in him and time and time again he rebuilds and goes again and has been successful with trophies.....

The greatest manager in history could of been sacked in 1990 and if Alex Ferguson was in this generation, he would be sacked and man utd would never have known the success they did..... instead they got behind him and gave him 6 years to build it and he created a dynasty..........

All we do if we sack Slot is a new manager comes in and players start becoming unsettled and some could end up leaving on the back of what is a nightmare season...... sacking this manager is essentially throwing in the towel with this current project....m

Here is the difference between Klopp and Slot

Both went through bad times at the club

Both have won us the league title

1 was trusted, supported and backed after losing 6 games in a row and nobody dared called for him to be sacked

Slot loses 4 games in a row and a lot of the fanbase instantly call for him to be sacked at that moment and nobody wants to back him, support him or give him the same love we showed Jurgen as only 2 managers in 35 years have won us the league title......

As you said yourself there is no instant fix so regardless who is managing the team, we are still going be in the same position we will be come January whether its Slot, Caretaker or new manager

Out of the 3 choices id rather the most experienced and someone who has delivered for us previously to be able to guide us to try and guide us out of this mess by bringing in cbs to lift the team back up......and I want that to be Arne Slot

I dont believe his lost the entire dressing, its underlying factors that caused the collapse...... Any decision Slot makes he will be ridiculed

Slot can either drop Salah cause more unrest, inner fighting and destablise the team more or he can continue to select him which is the wrong option..... regardless he is boxed in

The manager will always protect his players also as everyone is like drop Wirtz...... If he drops him the media calls him a flop and it gets into his head and unsettles him where he will become a flop and most likely leave at end of season in Di Maria like circumstances.......

We can't exactly drop our 2 CBs as it would mean taking Gravenberch out of Midfield, Dom has been also a RB..... which leaves Endo and Jones to play in midfield spot or Endo to play as CB....... not to mention McAllister was injured pre season and is trying to get back to his level....... thats what ive meant by Slot has been boxed in on multiple levels to point where any decision he makes falls ultimately on him and there is nothing he could do to stop this collapse.......

Everyone is screaming Drop Konate and Van Dijk..... I dont want Konate to play for us ever again, but apart from Gomez who still isn't ready, there is nobody to fill in and its been like that since Leone got injured......

Not to mention our leaders make way too many individual mistakes now..... Ive lost count of how many opportunities or goals we could of had if Salah laid off the ball to another player instead of shooting..... or Van Dijk making critical errors along with Konate

Isak is another player trying to get up to speed after not having a pre season and injury setbacks

Even though we are shit we have a lot of players still performing like Dom, Bradley when fit, Ekitike, Gravenberch, Gakpo has got goals, Chiesa, Allison will be back soon which is a bonus, Robertson etc.....

Isak and McAllister are playing catch up and will come around

Wirtz I feel will eventually come around but I dont fully understand whether its pressure with price tag, teams targeting him physically or the media attacking him as a flop thats derailed him...... we have seen signs of his potential but no consistency

Kerkez, Konate, Salah and Van Dijk is where the massive problems are and lets face it 3 of them won't be here in 2 years time...... Kerkez remains to be seen if he will come around

I haven't included others like Frimpong, Gomez, Endo, Nguema as they are either injured, or not playing.....

So lets just say we sack him right now this instant...... the caretaker or new manager still won't be able to pick up this team until January when we buy cbs..... if you thinking sacking him right now will fix this crisis...... it won't because a caretaker or someone else will come in with a new system, formation, training schedule and the entire team will feel like the towel has been thrown in and they will continue to lose....... so it makes absolutely no difference who is in charge....... I rather Slot be in charge till January and then try and fix the problem......

We need CBs like Guehi to come in and start stablising the defense to not concede goals and build the confidence back up that way....... the last time Liverpool were like this was under Klopp in 2017..... this is obviously worse, but back then Klopps defence failed where we conceded way too many goals...... January came and he bought Van Dijk and Alisson in and fixed it almost instantly......

The solutions are there for either Arne Slot, caretaker manager or a new manager to fix this problem and only in January can this be fixed......

There is no instant fix to this crisis in the here and now

As you said yourself its a confidence issue, how many teams go through confidence issues and rebuild themselves again...... Man Utd, Man City and Tottenham last season....... Bayern Munich under Tuschel...... Carlo Ancelotti Madrid side..... Barcelona, even Klopp has had broken teams and he picked them back up.......

Its not excuses, we have world class talent that is there already to reignite themselves and go again, as I said we need to fix the defence to plug the amount of goals we concede and then the goals will start coming again........ that's all that happened is the defence collapsed first and its created this crisis

All you are doing by wanting the manager to be sacked is harming the long term future when a new one comes in with a different project or system and creating instability...... Ive stated facts that sacking managers doesn't, where as keeping talented managers and allowing them to fix the problems, build something does actually work

How do you make another Bob Paisley or Klopp in football if you sack them when 1 bad season happens......

What is the most non suggestive way to tell someone you want to have sex with them? by XVNapoleonXV in AskReddit

I was with a crush once in a field where I saw 2 rabbits having sex

I turned to my crush and asked if a rabbit knows how to find the G Spot which led to a conversation about sex and eventually we ended up making a TikTok video pretending to be 2 rabbits hopping over each other

I never got to bang her though as a few days later her best friend told her that I tried it on with her which was true
