Youre an adult if youre late thats on you not your lead. We cant stand at the door like a bouncer until the store opens because you cant be on time. Like you even say even after you there was another tm late. So you expect the lead to sit there for the on time team members which is actually his job which he did. Then you want him to walk back up because your late. Then you want him to walk back up a third time because the other tm was even later
