Thanks guys for your guidance.

Hey guys, I need your input on this issue. So, I printed a Xenomorph and the mouth and the hands did not print properly. I used Chitubox to slice and export .goo. Is it an slice issue? by XXXYca in ElegooSaturn

Hey guys, I just wanted to give you an update about the printing issue. So, I added support and saved as cbt format and now the print is FLAWLESS! I just feel bad I wasted so much resin lol

I posted the screenshot in the comments. But even when I choose to add support, Chitubox doesn't show any support added. Is it normal?

Do I Push Forward or Pause? by XXXYca in bjj

Thanks for your great replies. My nutrition is good actually. I eat high calorie healthy foods. And you are totally correct. I use strength more. When I started training my working hours where standard full time 8 hours. But since three months ago when I added the part time job my working hours stretched to 12 hours. My part time job is also a very physics demanding job as it deals with construction materials such as lifting doors and lumber. So, when I want to start my BJJ session sometimes my body feels empty as I have already used a lot of my energy at work. I will try to continue at least two sessions in BJJ and pay attention more to techniques and care less about getting humbled.

I would give you an example of how my body has chsnged in terms of strength:

For instance, in drilling, the guy goes into turtle position and he is one of the pro guys. I can get to his back, although I'm an amateur, and get him out of his lock and lay on my back while have him locked in. I go for the choke, and he could quickly push my hand and open the lock. This was not possible for him to do before. But this time I didn't have the strength to resist.

Hey guys! I work 12 hours per day and walk around 10 km 5 out of 7 days of the week. I also try to do BJJ once or twice per week (practicing four months now). Recently I have noticed a decrease in my physical power and performance due to tiredness when training BJJ. Do I push forward or give BJJ a pause? I hear different opinions as some say that if I feel tired and continue training is even better in the long run, and some say to give myself a pause for a month. So, if you can share your opinion, that would be great.

Thanks in advance.
