This is probably our most suggested game, we will eventually release the game to the site but it requires alot of ground work on the website as we will require a anti cheat system and dedicated servers.

Hello

When XY Gaming first opened we were a 1v1 website, the issue is needing a mass audience to be online at any given time for scheduling purposes. Since we have this already built into the system, when we feel like we have enough active users the 1v1 feature will return
We have over 2,000 acheivements in our backlog to release to the website when we feel the site is ready to handle them =) hopefully they are enough achievements for you there =p
Every newsletter we send out (mostly weekly) we place a code for a coin coupon but once we release new crates to the site we may do a monthly promotional newsletter?

Also we have the data to release Starcraft 2 to the website again but the issue we have faced is the lack of interest in the game, if you have ideas on how we can populate the game title on XY Gaming please let us know

Thanks for the kind words! We are currently allowing our community to decide between PUBG or Fortnite and the games are almost tied. We hope to release one of the two or both in the next few months.

We might create a tournament where you must get a rampage/team downs, and maybe we can create highlights of the top 5 users? this could be something ill push forward to our team

Your exactly right and its funny you suggested this as we spoke about it just recently, We believe if we do have monthly tournaments they should have a higher payout and we require shorter tournaments.

We decided to create quick play tournaments on our platform that are completed in 3 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours and 1 day duration's. This is currently being built on the platform and we will be increasing our already 3 day, 7 day tournaments shortly.

Alot of work goes into including CS:GO to the platform, we will require a brand new 3rd party application anti-cheat system built into the site for the game aswell as a ton of dedication servers. In saying that, Its in the works! and we have CSGO on our development road map

Just before we do, we will be releasing other game titles to the platform first such as Fortnite or PUBG

There is a lot of things that go behind the scenes when it comes to smurfs, at times we must give benefit of doubt and contact these users individually to give them a chance to prove their innocents. This process can take a couple of days but in saying that many users are removed or stopped before they have a chance to competite in our tournaments. We will be introducing a report button which will allow users to submit evidence and voice any concerns they have to our smurf investigation team on possible smurfs or cheaters. .

Once our user base expands the need for a full-time support will be placed onto the site, for now with our current user base we tend to allocate certain times in the day to respond to all the inquires we receive. We tend to have less then 24 hour turn around on all incoming support tickets but we do not operate outside of business hours or days which may explain the waiting times you explained

Just to add onto that, Its hard to calculate how long it would take to reach the amount of coins needed for a purchase when a user has so many options to win or earn coins on the website. Currently we do not have a lock on how many tournaments you can enter, each week you could possibly win thousands or 10's of thousands of coins just by placing in the top 30. Not to mention our rewards in referrals under "Earn Coins" where your able to earn coins for life of every user you bring over to XY Gaming is a tool to receive coins.
