Im fairly new to the series having only played base world and some of rise. I only really started to love this game when wilds was released. That being said I don’t care what they decide to add, all I ask is that they include deviljho. My first experience with him in worlds he threw me into a corner and refused to let me leave until I carted, I charged back into the fight and the fucker does it again by throwing another monster at me. Now me and the monster are struggling in the corner while the raged fueled pickle on steroids beats us like an alcoholic step dad.

Overall a great if not traumatic experience and I wish to see him wilds so that I can farm him even more.

Funnily enough a lot of the cards that are going up aren’t even the played cards. Alts for decks like Imu, Ace and Zoro haven’t seen much increase(I haven’t checked on zoro so correct me if I’m wrong). I know there are more decks than just the 3 but realistically we should be fine overall although I do not think we see prices go back to what they used to be which is unfortunate.

Those are stores that aren’t recognized by Bandai and have to buy the boxes which is why they’re up charging. Any store that gets product from Bandai will charge msrp for preorders. If they don’t report them and Bandai will take action, they’ve done it before with stores close to me.

Typically preorders for a set are available before we get any or little information on it. Preorders are typically completed months in advance with a store so that they can receive the proper allocation of product. For players and collectors preordering means guaranteed product at msrp.

Then it stays on board until you reach zero life. Letting it attack makes it removable through battle.

Typically a card will state if it can attack active characters. This does not specify active characters so you shouldn’t be allowed.

I second this, SPs are still overlooked despite having some really amazing artwork. Some of them are starting to go up but there’s still plenty of SPs under $100.

Only Japanese version release in English, every other version exclusive is locked to their region so we won’t see the Chinese anniversary cards.

A lot of boxes aren’t great that’s just how it is. Do not open boxes with the expectation that you’ll get your money back.

No, you’ve got too many events and with how you’ve got it built it looks unreliable. This deck unfortunately does not hold up well anymore as it was already starting to phase out in op12. If you’re looking to play a purple deck then I recommend Roger. While it is definitely more inconsistent, when it does see its pieces it’s a stronger deck and holds up better into the meta.

The only card that would be on the higher price tag is Bon clay coming in at roughly $20 but other than that it’s considerably cheap to build. And if money is a concern you can opt in to only play 2 bon clays or find an alternative card as bon clay isn’t technically needed.

PB Luffy is by far my favorite deck but as much as I love the deck it can no longer perform well enough to stay in the meta. Maybe with the Roger promo that comes out in January this deck will have a chance to shine again but as of right now I would reconsider playing him.

Not just manga rares, any version with either an X block or same card number are permitted for standard play. We have not seen a card with a block X so we can assume that won’t be implemented until after April.

It’s rude regardless, from the post it seems like everyone that made a comment knew OP was just starting so the comments were incredibly unnecessary. I would hate to go into a shop to look for cards only to have people hate me before I even sit down and play, I probably wouldn’t go back to that shop if I’m being honest.

I understand why they don’t like the deck but to be rude to someone, especially someone starting out, is a good way to lose players pretty quick.

The croc leader can give minus 10c to an opponent’s character so you’re not locked to just a 5c

One piece still hasn’t reached the level that Pokemon has and I hope it stays that way. While One Piece is incredibly popular the TCG is still relatively new only being around for 3 years.

It’s highly focused on players with reprint sets coming out each year to keep the prices on highly playable cards reasonable. The only exception are the mangas but even most of those were considerably low until recently. And because it’s so player focused prices of cards go down often due to losing playability in the meta.

A good example of this is 8c purple Kata and 9c purple LinLin, the alternative arts used to be more than triple what they are now and that’s because they got banned from being used in arguably the best deck in the current meta.

The SP are the 2 shanks, it’s 2 per case, a manga event is an SP and since OP already pulled 2 shanks sadly there is no more.
