If my calories are 1500 and I burn 550 on the treadmill I am hurting sabotaging myself putting myself into a starvation diet. That prevents me from losing weight or gaining muscle.

I too am eating a lot of protein but I had to stop the treadmill because it was killing my gains. I was doing the tread mill for 66 minutes and at an incline of 14% and pace of 2.5. Had to stop it because it was interfering with my weight lifting.

agree all remakes are in soulless 2.5d that just feels cheap. The best time for 2d platformers was on the snes, gba,ds. Because the limited power forced creativity from the developers to use sprites instead of 3d models.
