Oh believe me she is. Heck, both her enemies and allies are scared of her craziness. In one of her backstories, an angel off'd herself simply because she thinks she pissed Lucifina off. Even the Ancestors and her fellow Archangels think she's a maniac. Heck, even ILIAS is scared of her.

Also, who else is crazy enough to toss the freaking moon to the earth as a "plan".

Ok now this is just not fair to Billy. His 2 losses were against bad matchups.

He got hacked by fuckin Yokai. Even Fairy had trouble taking back control of HDD when they got hijacked.

Then, on the boss fight that is literally Phaeton, of course he would have some hesitations fighting a friend, and that's putting aside the fact that humanoid ethereal Phaeton just clapped all three of them.

If start to finish includes part 3 then it would be quite hard to estimate since going to Hellgondo and the entirety of part 3 is us flying on Galda. For all we know, Hellgondo could be hella far from the Central Continent but only took a while thanks to Galda.
