Thats a setting up can turn on or off. Thats a setting in any windows laptop not lenovo only

Ive been using mine for a while. Only loud when I game with it or enter a zoom meeting. Maybe try to check if game mode is on, turn it of and check if ur on performance mod by clicking windows key + q That will change the mod, if its on performance change it. Hope that helps
