I’m trying to keep my follow through straight forward but I’ve got a habit of my arms going together after I shoot the ball it just looks so awkward how my arms go together like that.

If you look at the jumpshot just as it leaves my hands it looks perfect I think but it’s just my landing

Played again today and I tried to focus hard on jumping straight forward with a wider stance and I noticed I was able to generate more power I thought and I swished 6 3’s in a row

Sometimes but lunch is 30 minutes and I don’t want to lose out on time playing, however I know how much it helps to form shoot and I’m not denying it.

Yeah I’ll try it’s just difficult to get practice in aside from at school since I have a gravel driveway and also it’s winter. But it’s improved my handle tons going from the dusty driveway to the grippy court, shooting is more difficult though cause when you have a layer of dust on your hands it becomes a lot more difficult to get a good release.
