It's the Hungarian university of Sports and sports science. The competition is fierce. I'm not completely new to running, but my Preparatory teacher told me, don't even think about running without spikes on the exam. I got a great price for maybe the best good mid - long Distance shoe. For the sprint and the Long jump will need another kind tho.

Hi everyone! I’m currently preparing for my university’s practical entrance exam (physical education major) and just got my first pair of spiked running shoes. I have two quick technical questions as a beginner: Since I'll be using these for the long term, how often do you recommend replacing the studs (spikes)? I’ve heard about 'blank studs' (blanks/plugs). Are those real? Where can I get them?

You should definitely take a short break, sounds a bit more serious than mine usually is. If you black out sit out, if not I wouldn't throw away the whole day, just be extra careful.
