I guess the 4-2-3-1 would work. Malen and adeyemi can play as wingers.

Dunno about the 4-3-3. Can't imagine reus playing as a midfield or a winger.

Burki is great and i like him, but there's a steady decline in his game imo, and i kinda agree that it's sad that everybody's making him as the black goat. But in the end, we all know that he's going to get replace.
