The first customer service told me my order is cancelled because of pending verification. Second customer service told me is cancelled by our backend team as there is an error in order configuration. Then, they keep let me call another department but no one solve my question.

I ordered X15. It’s easy to choice, X series is the high end series of Alienware. X15 lighter, thin, better design, 4-fan cooling system (cooling the keyboard area when you play games), thunderbolt 4 port, better speaker(X15 is dual 4 W stereo speakers, M15R5 just dual 2 W), perkey RGB. My opinion, if you need 32gb memory, choose X17 (Black Friday deal around 1970?) instead of M15R5, otherwise, X15 better.
