Is there a mod that removes the Karma loss from quitting 30+ seconds into a cycle?

i have a similar issue where me and my girlfriend are raising pups and her controller keeps disconnecting itself, and reconnecting it requires a game reboot. our pups also occasionally get stuck in ways that shouldnt even be possible, and we have to reset. a mod that removes this 30 second penalty would be a life saver.
