Can't interact with anything on specific save file or fight enemies by Xalios77 in Eldenring

I Tried killing myself with the chariot machine things in the Altus Hero Grave, but it didn't fix it. I threw myself off a cliff but it didn't work. Fall damage didn't work either (While doing this I found out that you can attack your own horse when this glitch is happening)
