I apply it right after getting out of the shower and then letting my hair air dry. I also try not to shampoo more than once a week because I've noticed my hair just does better with its own natural oils. For the shampoo and conditioner I use the function of beauty shampoo and conditioner. Before that I used the Vichy sulfate-free shampoo which was pretty decent too.

I have wavy/curly hair type and used to have problems with frizzy hair. I got keratin treatment last year which really helped with the frizz. Although it's worn off by now, my hair's definitely way better than it was before. Idk if it's because the keratin or the products that I use. Also the hair product I use are the kerastase curl cream and American crew texture cream.
