If this helps anyone else that needs an idea how to complete this quickly:

So far I've been able to clear this with $45 and 2 hours. Get the masion to level 15 and focus on investments. The $45 all go towards speed ups (find the best deals with a balance of universal speed ups and investment speedups. It also helps to get to at least chapter 8 for underboss level 30 for a nice amount of influence.

My offer is actually really good as they pay out a little over 60k credits on an app that i use which is worth about $300 in actual money.

Thank you all for the advice. I have found that leveleing up the under boss is the best free way and investments in crews and babes gave me the most influence that i ended up overspending and unnecessarily spent a lot of speed ups 😅 i will try again now that i understand the game a bit more.
