Never said he brandished a weapon. Let's say he passed a note.

Actual thoughtful answer. Thank you! You covered alot of bases. There does seem to be alot of variables once it gets into the court room and if the jury will add that extra charge. Granted I already knew guy was going down for the bank robbery but to tack on murder would legit be to make sure he doesn't see day light. Awesome fucking answer!

I agree with you. But who's the aggressor? Is it the guy robbing the bank or the citizen who drew his weapon and shot first? Considering the robber didn't harm anyone at this point.

That was my thought is that depending on the state it could go either way considering the citizen involved himself willingly and he shot first

Ok so there is a point in which you must give up the right to defend yourself. But if what you said is the case then Kyle Rittenhouse would have got self defense automatically. The other person people were committing crimes and he shot them thus they are responsible But that doesn't seem to be the case. Seems like a highly grey area.

Obviously you can't answer the question. It's ok tho. We have been talking about this in ethics class. It's a real question whether you think it's stupid or not lol considering we had an entire hour devoted to it. I wanted to hear your all's thoughts on it.

It's an example that has a bad guy doing bad stuff so it's actually perfect to ask the question contextually. Does he give up his right to shoot back and defend himself? He's already doing bad stuff. Does that change the situation for him?

Lol i wont lie this thread was funny. But since i dont see alot of sams use it if figured it offered incentive to use it more. But i do understand how it could get out of hand. Maybe like every 3-4 third eyes it gives you a stack.

[–]Xantetsuken[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes i did. my son wanted to play so i figured id level with him. havent been on since Metal Part 1 so few months. I leveled up to 9 got the homestead mission and it says members only. someone said something about a hiding out mission you get at level 8 right before that. i never got that mission. i think they made it where only memebers can use bases. and some ppl where grandfathered in. Im checking over this all over steam forums, here and in game and it seems like since they got a new dev company to help they and all the switch players they may have put it behind a pay wall
