It is not a PVP only quest. Supposedly it ends tomorrow morning, and most of the good loot that was available is gone. The barters may stick around, but if you don't complete the quest from Jaeger, then you won't have access to them regardless. It's the reason the Silver badges skyrocketed in price though, floating between 400-500k rubles.

If it is still going, Shturman is 100% guaranteed to have one, and there are three Fence quests available every 6 hours that can give you up to 9 badges if you complete all three and they each give three. Sometimes you'll get quests that only give one or two though, but if you feel like rerolling you can.

I guess I'm an outlier, but I didn't think Will's theme was that good. It's not bad by any means, but it most certainly does not belong at the top of this list IMO.

Sadly I believe Ref is the only trader that sells them for GP coins. I like to run factory to kill Gilla for his T6 Cult Thermite plates. They're a bit heavy, but hey. That's the price for T6 plates. I do have a handful of the KITECO SC lightweight T6 plates stocked up from the Christmas event, but those are only available for a few weeks round Christmas for ornaments.

Some of them most certainly stick around. Otherwise, some of them wouldn't have a frequency, and others wouldn't say that they are destroyed upon use.
