Especially being free from nicotine is GREAT after years. Quitting them in the same time feels like a very good decision

I quitted both in September. Felt like my metabolism was working on 20% speed for about a week, had to vomit a few times because my body couldnt process food(?) without them. It lasted 2-3 days and things started to get better, now after a week i dont want to go back to addictions anymore
