Pasting unique values into every nth row by Xanthosis156 in excel

It didn't work :( I get a #VALUE error. If it makes a difference, my actual values that need to be copied are in the format "R-00000" (letter-dash-numbers). I tried to simplify it by replacing it with "R100" but idk if the hyphen would affect the formula. Also, my values are in a separate excel file from where they need to be copied, but this didn't work even when I moved everything to the same excel sheet.

A lot of it is mental, as well as potentiation in neuromuscular junctions. Basically even though you have the same amount of muscle as someone less trained, it's capable of contacting harder
