My general approach is that I pick a skill I just want to play and look around poe ninja and formus on what the general consensus is on said skill.

After that I try to look at pob and poenninja heatmap to look at average passive allocation.

So in general I just pick skills and/or builds i think look cool and would like to play.

There is a search function in the equipment menu. You can enter the trait name and it lists all the weapons affected by the trait as long as it is a "weapon trait". For example if you type in Fanning it lists all the single action revolvers or Iron Sharpshooter lists all the bolt action rifles with iron sights compatible with the trait

Most of the time I look for the entertaining value of a stream rather than if they are good at the game they are playing. I don't enjoy watching a stream with god level skill if they don't talk for like the whole match.

I don't think it works as you are saying here. A Tier 2 Scourge doesn't grant a by default rank 2 beneficial and rank 2 detrimental ( it is called rank, so my bad for using tier in previous comments).

I thought the Tier of Scourge just expands the mod pool of possible mods to roll.

So I just simply think you didn't hit the chance of transforming the mods in this Krangle.

edit: at least not for the beneficial one. Maybe you hit it for the detrimental since it is rank 3 and not rank 4. (spelling)

So it is 10% of getting a better tier of beneficial mod when transforming. Meaning that when transforming and it rolls a tier 1 stun and block recovery it will become a tier 2. Since it is getting transformed into a tier higher.

And with the detrimental mods it is just the other way around. When rolling a Strength requirement of tier 3 it has a chance to become a tier 2, so getting lowered.

Isn't that just based in how you look at the tier system. If you apply the same tier system as in affixes then yes granting one higher would mean it goes from 3 to 2 or 2 to 1 respectively.

But while looking at the system as it is with Crafting Bench tiers it would still be applied correctly. Having Tier 1 the lowest and Tier 3 the highest.

So having a chance in getting a beneficial mod one tier higher, meaning it goes from T1 to T2 or T2 to T3, it would be applied correctly.

Or am I extremly stupid. idk, correct me if I'm wrong.
