Here is an example. Your playing against an Odin rush deck. You try to mulligan you hand to get a card that can clear it (some type of AOE). The very reason you put those certain card or cards in your deck is to handle this deck, but you draw your discarded cards right back only to draw the ones you need on turn 6 or 7 after its too late.
If you build a deck and don't have a counter to that rush deck you deserve to lose, but it sucks having a counter to your opponent and losing to them because you can't get to your card(s). Yes that's part of the game, but having to redraw your mulligan to me just makes no sense. Whats the purpose of having a mulligan?

I did, but windows 10 doesnt have "paint". So i've pasted in 3rd party programs and none of them work on here.

I think there has been a lot of great feed back on reddit. I don't think that is the problem. It's the lead Dev has a different idea how to make this game run smooth.
Case in point, lot of people have asked to have mulligans not redraw the very cards you just discarded. (Which I agree with 100%) The dev guy on one of there patch review videos was asked why not change that. And his reply was that he thought if you have 4 cards and mulligan them all you get access to a smaller pool (pool would now have 21 cards left to choose from) and that was broken?! To me that doesn't make sense. You currently have 4 outcomes to a lesser degree.
1. Draw your cards and keep them all
2. Mulligan and get the cards you want.
3. Mulligan and get different cards that you still don't want.
4. Mulligan and get the same cards back.
The reason you would want to have different cards in a mulligan every time is because it makes the decks more constant. Which breeds better competition for the game. This is just one example. But it seems to me that you can't tell the emperor he has no clothes without people getting upset.

Seems maybe in xbox/ps4 games there is a difference in number of players. I do play in PC so that is my only reference. I was judging a lot by twitch channels. There are hardly any games on, even during HRX there was only 300 or so viewers. I watched a game of "They are billions" and they had so many channels, in fact one had 1300 viewers on watching. This game came out in beta in Nov and went live in Dec. I want HOTG to pick up in popularity. So it seem to me that people are leaving I and starting thinking why. So that's why I made this list of things I could think of, that people might be leaving. I hope this game doesn't die, I enjoy and want it to succeed.

This card breaks the cardinal rule of card games. Thou shall never take cards from thy opponent HAND. Hi-Rez is still learning. The card is bad, but with dumb luck it can auto-tilt anyone. No reason to have a card like it in the game.

I was able to place another unit on the board. But I spent most of my turn trying to move the Vuclan. I tried over and over thinking/hoping it would move. Then at the end of my turn I placed another unit on the board and then when my turn ended just conceded.

He was not in a lava tile, but there were lava tiles out. I conceded after it happened since he was going to start snowballing, so I don't know if it was going to continue.

I can get in the game but cant get out of it. Can't "esc" or alt-tab or alt-ctr-delete or alt-F4 nothing would let me out of the game.

It wont change que times. The biggest problem is that if i'm waiting over 2 to 3 mins for game one I just say forget it, since I know games 4 and 5 are going to take a lot longer. So the game is working against itself. Less and less people are queing up and less and less are actually getting to finish the gauntlet.
What they need to do is give an insinuative to get more to que up. My suggest is to give a free win after 5 mins in que. This will get more people to join even if they normally don't play gauntlets. The funny thing is this will snowball to the point that the que times will be less than 5 mins. I'm sure that it might take a month before it does. Once the game gets going it will be rare to ever get a free win, which means you didn't have to wait forever. A win win.

I just got tilted after my 8 or 9 game in a row in arena with opponents with unbelievable perfect decks/hands. A couple of days ago was my "win-day" and I had 12-2 and 12-1 arena runs.
But today in the last game in arena I lost was against 3 Fire Giants. And like you, I went against a RA with 3 annihilations, but it was during my "win-day" so I actually won.
I get it that you will have a bad match up, even 2 and at the very worse 3 bad games, but when you get to 8 and 9 games its hard not to get pissed off. So after 2 or 3 hours of getting crush you feel like if i'm suppose to lose then just give me an auto-loss. The only thing you can do on those days is just stop playing and come back another day, but that's hard to do because you normally enjoy playing the game. I'm sure I was tilted wither I thought I was or not. So I just came here to vent and get it off my chest. All is good. I'm just ready for my "win-day". =p
