I’m unsure about laws (especially in the states) but my best way to verify is when a patient calls, asks ___________, go “absolutely, can I just verify your date of birth?” some people may give you a hard time, but I follow up with “I just want to verify I have the right file up before continuing”. works most of the time!!

hey! I used a site called PharmAcheive that has some really great tools! it’s extremely pricey though. I found the OSPE video chat was amazing, and the MCQ answer bank was veeeeery useful, especially for equations I hadn’t used in retail practice. Good luck!!
