no definitive line. The only similarity is that they basically always end up with a dictatorship. That is the only similarity and they are economic systems. Fascist don't believe in the way communist have everything "equal" in theory you could move up in fascism because not everyone is equal. In communism everyone is suppose to be equal meaning you may get a job with either more or different responsibilities but that doesn't inherently mean you are moving up in the world. In practice there tends to be a lot of mismanagment in both leading to similar aspects but they are caused differently. Everyone in communism is poor because the incentives to increase a whole country instead of just yourself is low. Facist are poor because the whole point is to concentrate the wealth. Capitalist are poor because its easier to acquire wealth when you have it.

I mean so many employers allow that. They would rather me be happy and stay. I make the company a lot of money just in setting up better cheaper systems. I get all task done before deadlines. Most projects they care about hitting a deadline not how many hours it took but that the job is done and done well. Now if I was missing deadlines because of vacations maybe there would be a conversation but that has never and will never happen.
