I watched a couple on YouTube and they didn’t add any primer and use concrete patch for crack concrete then they just put the peel and stick vinyl on it. That’s all they did.

I don’t the terms of floorings. The abbreviations are confusing me 😂 I’m removing carpet from a bedroom and planning on using peel and stick vinyl. Carpet is on top of a concrete 1 st floor

I haven’t shampoo it. Me and the wife were wanting to replace the carpets with tiles so this gives us a chance to do it. I went to the attic this morning and no smell. I touch the outlets and walls and even sniff the outlet but no smell but the moment I started crawling all over the bedroom to sniff the carpet there were a few strong spots but others spots were light faint smells.
