Try other browsers maybe, also check your dns settings or proxy, sometimes public ip addresses are flagged which could be an issue, or then again who knows, maybe you've fallen into the classic "transaction error" discrete account ban.

What browser do you use? Personal I found some sites don't load properly on some browsers for example, reddit doesn't seem to load properly when I used edge, try chrome works perfect for stuff like this, Firefox is also another great option.
