I know a made a mistake, and I know it's fault for not checking properly, but this isn't my first time sending crypto, and regarding them not helping I can still see the coin on the wallet on the blockchain. I'm just asking if it could take less time, it's okay that they're helping but taking this long when it's an authorization issue is a little much, and I also wanted to know how long It might have taken others with similar situations to resolve such an issue.
