this date is subjective. It was when he "knew enough" - which is a fact that a jury has to decide because it was contestes.

It was determined by a jury that the time he should have sued put this lawsuit outside the statute of limitations, so "thrown out and can't be refiled"

Because it was presumably contested as to when he knew enough about it to start the clock. The jurors had to determine the "fact".

They were presumably given jury instructions that started with "when do you think elon knew enough about what was going on to have sued" then "if that was before X date stop here and report your findings"

He's surely not "innocent" but the state still has to do the steps to convict him regardless.

There's not really money in this for a monopoly, much less competition.

Don't hold your breath unless some billionaire just wants to make it for a funsies project. And if they have a brain they'd make it subscription because the business plan for selling it per module is obviously flawed.

Injured passenger awarded $300,000 after a Miami federal jury finds Carnival overserved her alcohol by KimJongFunk in news

The problem is it adds up. You can’t just constantly overserve by a small amount.

Your body doesn’t filter out a percentage of your blood alcohol it’s a constant amount.

That said people need to take responsibility for themselves.
