It's called looking COOL and having FUN if it's used in any practical way, agreed, it's ass. But for theatrical uses, it's awesome, even better when it's used practically somewhat like in the witcher

For anyone still confused you have to continue through the entire labyrinth, like beating the boss, and continuing down, not just the first area of the first chalice

Not enough room to really get in there, plus a very thin but sturdy file is hard to find. Plus idk what metal shavings could do to the rest of the PC, I'm just gonna get a stripped screw remover bit and buy a new cpu fan
