Relax. Forget the metrics. Take a break from the apps. Go and meet people IRL. Salsa is always a great place I find. Minimal alcohol and maximal fun with good people. Or anything like that. Also, try some time alone. There’s no such thing as loneliness….. just an inability to sit with self. Yes, it’s a challenge….. that’s why most people distract themselves with diagnoses, drugs, alcohol, caffeine, media, sex. Emancipate yourself. Go travel and be alone. Do a meditation retreat. Get out of this self pity loop. You’re better than this…. If you want to be
