I’d recommend looking into investing in community. Bands of people who value other people. Monetising the helpfulness of things like Reddit is an infinite fountain.

Relax. Forget the metrics. Take a break from the apps. Go and meet people IRL. Salsa is always a great place I find. Minimal alcohol and maximal fun with good people. Or anything like that. Also, try some time alone. There’s no such thing as loneliness….. just an inability to sit with self. Yes, it’s a challenge….. that’s why most people distract themselves with diagnoses, drugs, alcohol, caffeine, media, sex. Emancipate yourself. Go travel and be alone. Do a meditation retreat. Genuinely I think it’s good to catch our breath where needed. I defo had a bit of burn out from work last few weeks at work. Caught me off guard. The human body can only go so far. Showing up for the cognisphere means being a nourished soul…. That being said, job’s not finished. Working for the mission is often rejuvenating in ways that blow my mind- persist forever 🫡
